Museum Exhibits

Numerous exhibits are being planned as time, budget, and donations allow. While all exhibits are not complete at this time, we have a list of planned exhibits, as shown below. We also greatly appreciate any contributions to further the beginnings of these exhibits.

• A sheriffs' exhibit will be displayed upon entry to the Museum. Included will be photographs, artifacts, and information about the county’s sheriffs since the county was created in 1849.

• Along with this exhibit will be history on county judges.

• An on-going collection of county maps will be displayed.

• Another exhibit will honor county veterans, which will include heroes from the wars.

• Agricultural displays will be found as well as an historical photographs display.

• A special musical exhibit is being created in honor of Albert E. Brumley.
